The Buyer II performs purchases of commercial and non-commercial products and services for purchases up to the simplified acquisition procedures (SAP) with a current dollar threshold of $150K.   The Buyer II must possess a thorough understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and have experience working within a CPSR procurement system.
