TSM&P DM is responsible for the Technical Support & Production and Manufacturing personnel to include performance evaluations and training. The Materials Manager reports to them and is responsible for scheduling critical parts, storage, and facility management; handles all aspects of the supply chain to include shipping, receiving, inspection and demand planning; maintains property management records and conducts property audits; responsible for inventory control and bonded storage. The TSM&P DM has responsibility for the manufacturing facility including implementation of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and IPC controls for work products. The TSM&P DM provides core technical expertise for personnel within the department. Maintains open communication with B/DOMs and stakeholders. Is at the major discipline level and provides core technical expertise to his department.
