The Institutional Services for the Test Facilities Operation, Maintenance and Engineering (TFOME) contract at the NASA Glenn Research Center, Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility in Sandusky, Ohio is searching for a Heavy Equipment Operator.


Job duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Familiarity with standard concepts of construction, demolition, and excavation.
  2. Operating heavy equipment for the purpose of construction, demolition, or excavation.
  3. Performing routine and emergency maintenance or repairs to equipment.
  4. Supporting and following required practices and safety procedures.


A license to operate heavy equipment and 2 years of related experience is required.
