    Sierra Lobo, offers customers a full range of professional and technical capabilities, including Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and Advanced Technologies.  We also develop products and processes related to Cryogenic Fluid and Thermal Management Systems, Densified Propellant Management Systems, and Prototype Extreme Pressure and Temperature Systems.  Our customers include the Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

     

    This position is located in our Milan Ohio office.

    Responsibilities

    FUNCTION OF POSITION

     

                Will work with corporate-level executives of Sierra Lobo, and be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties (schedules appointments; makes travel arrangements; manages business correspondence and contacts; composes memos; takes dictation; transcribes notes; researches and creates presentations; generates reports; handles multiple projects). Must be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    1. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with customers.

     

    1. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.

     

    1. Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel itineraries, and prepare expense reports.

     

    1. Maintain business calendar updating, schedule meetings and appointments for all senior management (utilizing Microsoft Outlook).

     

    1. Attend meetings; record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.

     

    1. Coordinate conference calling and meetings for Corporate Staff and Program Managers (utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Cisco’s WebEx).

     

    1. Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place (seminars).

     

    1. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

     

    1. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

     

    1. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and customers.

     

    1. Provide administrative back up and support.

     

       12.  Will be required to obtain Notary Public certification

     

       13. Other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

     

    1. Proven five to six (5-6) years’ relevant experience of relevant reporting directly to senior management.
    2. Solid working knowledge of office processes and business policy development, and of related computer software and electronic communications tools (Microsoft Office, WebEx).
    3. Proven interpersonal skills with experience providing complex administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy.
    4. Excellent grammar and proofreading abilities.
    5. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills, with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
    6. Pro-active, with ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
    7. Ability to work across teams and with a variety of projects and areas.
    8. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
    9. Friendly and professional demeanor.
    10. Must be a U.S. citizen
