| Overview: |
Provides support for the human resource and administrative functions at the facility level, following the guidelines provided by the site Program Manager and Corporate Human Resource Department. Maintains complete and current knowledge of the company's benefit programs and policies. Provides administrative human resource services for the corporate human resource department as required.
|
| Responsibilities: |
- Provide guidance to management team and employees in all HR areas with support from HR Manager
- Manage and handle employee relations issues in consultation with the HR Manager
- Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews
- Policy administration and Employee Relations
- Responsible for compliance with Federal and State legislation pertaining to all HR matters
- Conduct annual training
- Benefit Administration
- Recruiting and staffing

| Qualifications: |
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum (5) years HR generalist experience
- Demonstrated executive maturity, integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be high energy, self directed, and results driven
- Exposure to Affirmative Action and government reporting requirements
- Strong recruiting background a plus
- Variable travel required up to 25%
